It provides the military intelligence analysis and control organization the means to perform its doctrinal intelligence surveillance reconnaissance missions and functions. It consists of a variable number of analyst workstations, guards, servers and communications modules that are internally connected via a local area network to provide a distributed processing environment for accessing and managing intelligence data and information. It is a member of the distributed common ground system - army family of systems.
